My current daily routine. Wake up everyday and make matcha latte. As
some of you guys probably already know I don't drink coffee anymore. It feels so weird to say and write these words. I've never felt better. My insomnia have vanished , cramps are no longer, no midday crash, no anxiety.... I've benefited so much from giving up coffee than I ever did drinking it.
Making a matcha latte in the morning is the right amount of caffeine that I care to have. I am alert. I feel good.
